From there we sort, price, and stage the contents so buyers can see what's available. We promote the sale through EstateSales.net, Facebook, and local advertising, staff the sale days, and handle checkout so you don't have to be there for any of it. If you've already left the area, that's fine. Plenty of the families we work with are managing this from out of town.
When the sale wraps, whatever's left can go into our Facebook bidding lots, and buyers pick those items up right from the house. The goal is a cleared home before the movers arrive, with as little left for you to deal with as we can manage. We'll be straight with you about what we can get done in the time we have.
