We come to you for the walkthrough and the sale. Here's what that looks like.
The first thing we do is come out to the house. Not a phone screen, not a form to fill out online. We walk through the home with you, look at what's in each room, and listen to what you're dealing with. If you're handling a family member's estate and you live out of town, we can still meet you there or walk through it on our own and keep you posted by phone.
From there we sort, price, and stage the sale right at the home. We promote it through EstateSales.net, Facebook, and local advertising so buyers from around the area know to come. Because we're a small operation, the same people who walk through the house with you at the start are the ones running the sale at the end. You get one point of contact and straight answers the whole way through.
After the sale, anything that didn't sell can go into our Facebook bidding lots, and buyers pick those items up from the home. We don't ask you to haul anything to us or meet anyone halfway. We handle it right where it is, start to finish.
